231 Washington Avenue is minutes from Garden City station on the Hempstead branch, with parking at the building rather than on the street.

It runs exactly as the Manhattan room does. Dr. Mauer assesses you, plans the treatment and performs it himself.

Most patients here arrive on another patient's recommendation, and a good number have been coming for ten years or more.
