- Will I look frozen?
- Only if too much goes in the wrong place. That is the entire skill of it. Starting with less and reviewing at two weeks is always an option.
- Does it hurt?
- The needle is very fine and most people describe a brief pinch.
- How soon can I go back to work?
- Immediately.
- How long does it last?
- Around three to four months for most people. It varies by area and by person.
- What is the difference between Botox, Dysport and Xeomin?
- They are the same class of product with slightly different formulations. Dysport spreads a little more, which can suit larger areas like the forehead. Xeomin has no added proteins. Dr. Mauer uses all three and picks based on the area.
- Am I too young for it?
