Everything on this website is general information about treatments we offer. It is not a diagnosis, not a recommendation, and not a substitute for a consultation.

Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is a decision made in person, by a physician, after an assessment. What is right for one person is wrong for another.

Submitting the consultation form, calling, or sending us a message does not create a physician-patient relationship. That begins when you are seen in one of our rooms and it is agreed in person.

Please do not send us urgent or emergency information through this website. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Aesthetic outcomes differ from person to person and depend on anatomy, the treatment chosen, and how you heal. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.

Where results of real patients are shown, they are that patient’s outcome and are published with their written permission. They are not a prediction of yours.

Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else. Consultations are free and carry no deposit. If you miss an appointment without telling us, we may ask for a deposit to book the next one.

Consultations are booked by calling (516) 739-1504 or by submitting the form on this site. We aim to respond within one business day.

Any price shown on this site is a starting price and is indicative. What a treatment costs depends on what it involves, and you are given the price of your plan before anything is booked.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking.

Patient photographs are never licensed for reuse under any circumstances.

Where we link to somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is on it or for how it handles your information.

We try to keep the site accurate and available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.
