I’ve been going to Dr Mauer for 4 years and as a physician also who absolutely INSISTS on looking natural and still recognizable, I could not recommend him enough. After 4 years of thread lifts, years of Botox and fillers, I will never trust anyone else. His techniques are unique. He does PDL threads via a deep cannula technique, vs the nonsense PDO fox eyes and lifts I’ve seen done on tik tok. His Botox is unique, and selected specific to each person (which is important given I have a natural ptosis that requires precision to work around) He will absolutely refuse anything ridiculous or over the top and he is interested in long term results that improve over time only, not just what the post procedure pic will look like on an IG pic. I think everyone needs to understand that these procedures are meant to reach a long term goal of looking refreshed and lifted, not just a cute IG pic right after the procedure. I go back every 4-6 mths for a reason, and really mostly to just keep the Botox refreshed and maybe do a touch up here and there after nearly 5 years. He is pricey, but you get what you pay for over years, not just days. He’s an innovator in his field and he’s passionate about this work. So passionate, he even gets me excited discussing it. And no I am not paid for this review, I just love his work! And anyone who has seen me in person will tell ya that my face alone will vouch for his work! You can find my face on his IG!

Dr. Mauer is not just a skilled and knowledgeable physician, but he is a true artist. I have been receiving treatments from him for over 15 years. He has transformed my face leaving the most natural results. I have also sent many referrals that continue to be loyal clients. There is honestly no other Dr that can do what Dr Mauer does. His technique is like no other. From Botox, threads and fillers there is no doctor that does what he does. I will try to make this short and sweet. I was referred to DR.Mauer by my aesthetician in 2020. Full face thread lift was recommended so I complied. Roxanne kept telling me it would keep getting better with time and this is exactly what happened. Now 2026 it was time to return. Thinking I would need to do a full face of threads again, DR. Mauer suggested volume for my face to get the skin plumper from the fascia.Fascia is like the girdle that pulls the face back up. I was nervous about the injectables because in the past it just made me look like a balloon and the volume disappeared pretty quickly. I trusted DR. Mauer and his staff and went ahead to received Botox and two sessions with bio stimulates and filler and I’m astonished and thrilled beyond my expectations. My face looks younger and refreshed and so so natural. His artistry and medical expertise is incredible. He’s not cheap lol, but it’s so worth my investment because I really feel my results will be long lasting. I’m scheduled for my next session in 2 weeks . It’s a process not a quick fix and I love the way I look. That combined with, good nutrition , exercise hydration and zero alcohol . He listens to what it is I want and advises me on what's best for me. I feel heard and respected. Just got some work done on my eyes and neck- Botox.
